For your convenience, baby changing stations are located in all Public Restrooms throughout the property.

First Aid
First-aid assistance can be provided at River Valley Mall Security Office. In the event of an emergency please dial 911, or locate the closest Security personnel. AED devices are located in the Security office.

Handicap Accessible
Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance. Accessible entrances and handicap parking are located at all Main Entrances. Accessible restrooms are located in all public restrooms.

Lost & Found
If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located at the Mall Management Office located near Old Navy & JCPenney, Monday through Friday, or call our Security Department at (740) 438‑5526

Movie Theater
Catch the latest showings at Cinemark, located outside the mall near Dick's Sporting Goods, or access from D Main Entrance.

Non-Smoking
To make your experience the best it can be, our mall is a Non-Smoking facility.
